All candles are made to order and will ship out within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information once your order has shipped. 

We are not responsible for packages that are not received once they arrive to the Post Office. 

Ship to addresses: If the address is not recognized by USPS as a valid mailing address, we will contact you immediately to verify the ship to address. 

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order, please contact me ASAP at Hilary@RavenHils.com. Once your order has shipped from our studio, I cannot issue a refund. Our shop is set to ship in 1-2 days, however we will send out your order as soon as it is ready, which (may) be the same day!

Returns and Exchanges:

We have a no cost limited 30 day Return and Exchange policy on all of our products. Example: If you received the wrong item, or a damaged item, please contact us at INFO@RAVENHILS.COM. Send a brief description of the issue along with a photograph of your item and the packaging, and we will either send you a refund or the correct item at no charge.

We also have a more broad 30 day Return and Exchange Policy wherein the customer decides that they do not want the item any longer, the customer can Return the unused item to Raven Hils Candle Company at their own expense. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will require you to send us clear photographs of the damaged item to the above email address. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or custom items. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
