Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges:

We have a no cost limited 30 day Return and Exchange policy on all of our products. Example: If you received the wrong item, or a damaged item, please contact us at INFO@RAVENHILS.COM. Send a brief description of the issue along with a photograph of your item and the packaging, and we will either send you a refund or the correct item at no charge.

We also have a more broad 30 day Return and Exchange Policy wherein the customer decides that they do not want the item any longer, the customer can Return the unused item to Raven Hils Candle Company at their own expense. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will require you to send us clear photographs of the damaged item to the above email address. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or custom items. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve approved your refund due to a damaged item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please contact us with any questions regarding your refund to info@ravenhils.com
